Volunteering Opportunities

Victim Outreach Information (VOI) is a voluntary non-profit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a having 501(c)3 status. Below are various ways YOU can help support our program and the people it serves.

GET INVOLVED!

Volunteer to help with:

Victim Advocate Program
Wear a pager and respond to a crime scene to help a victim in crisis. Next training is September 2008
Administrative Volunteer
Help VOI with administrative duties, review police reports to identify citizens who are eligible for services, help with direct mail campaign.

Community Crisis Response Team
Courage Walk

Training
Participate on a speaker's panel, share your expertise
Newsletter
Write an article, help with bulk mailing, etc.
Fundraiser
Join the committee, help with planning, promotion, decorating, securing sponsorships.
